- chili powder - 2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onions, sliced - 2 item
- rice not Minute rice - 1/2 c
How to make texas hash:
Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper; drain. In deep casserole, add 1/2 cup rice and tomatoes. Add beef mixture; stir together. Add 2 teaspoons chili powder, salt and pepper. Bake in covered casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
