- water - 2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 3 tsp
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- large onions, chopped - 2 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- crushed red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- garlic cloves, chopped - 3 item
- cans chopped tomatoes - 2 oz
- flank steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes - 3 4
How to make texas chili:
