Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- evaporated milk - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick margarine
- bite size marshmallows - 1 item
How to make texas brownies:
Icing:1 stick margarine1/2 c. cocoa1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/3 c. evaporated milk Brownies: Melt margarine. Add sugar and cream together. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Sift together flour, cocoa and salt. Add these to the creamed mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and cover immediately with marshmallows. Then ice while still warm.Icing: Melt margarine. Add cocoa and milk. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
