Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- chocolate
- pecans or more - 1/2 c
- Add the eggs and sour cream and beat for 2 minutes
How to make texas brownies:
Sift together the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Add the eggs and sour cream and beat for 2 minutes. Combine the margarine, water and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add to above mixture and beat 2 more minutes. Pour into an 11 x 12 x 1-inch cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Frosting:1 stick margarine6 Tbsp. milk1 1/2 sq. chocolate1 Tbsp. vanilla1/2 c. pecans or more1 lb. powdered sugar Melt the margarine, milk and chocolate in a pan.
