Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- ripe avocado - 1 item
- taco seasoning mix - 3/4 pkg
- sliced black olives - 1 item
- can refried beans - 1 item
- bag tortilla chips - 1 item
- medium, chopped tomatoes - 2 item
- fine shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
How to make tex mex dip:
Spread beans in large pie plate or quiche pan. Mix avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper (a potato masher works well). Spread over beans. Combine sour cream, mayo and taco mix; spread over avocado layer. Top with tomatoes, shredded cheese and black olives.
