Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/3 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- sherry - 3 Tbsp
How to make teriyaki sauce:
Mix. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. Clean fresh mushrooms. Soak meat and mushrooms for 2 hours. Saute meat and mushrooms. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Sauces, Low fat, Condiments, etc..
