Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/3 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- boneless chicken breasts - 1 item
- sherry - 1/3 c
How to make teriyaki chicken:
Marinate chicken in refrigerator overnight, but not longer than 24 hours. Grill for approximately 8 minutes per side on medium heat (low rack). Brush both sides of the meat with extra marinade during cooking. (This marinade is also good with pork chops.)Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
