  • sugar - 1/8 c
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • fryer, cut up - 1 item
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • sake - 3 Tbsp
  • ginger, freshly grated - 1/2 tsp

How to make teriyaki chicken:

Mix all in bowl. Add to skillet with a little oil; cook about 30 minutes on medium heat, turning chicken a couple of times. Serve on cooked rice bed.
