Ingredients/Components
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
- medium sweet sherry - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- cloves of crushed garlic - 2 item
- corn oil - 1/4 c
- ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make teriyaki chicken:
Boil soy sauce and sherry, then stir in sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring lightly. Add garlic, pepper and oil. Set aside; cool before using. Marinate chicken breast for 3 hours (more for a stronger taste). Discard any used marinade. Can be useRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
