  • shredded lettuce
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • large tomato, chopped - 1 item
  • frozen tater tots - 4 c
  • grated/shredded cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • taco sauce or more - 4 Tbsp

How to make tater tot taco salad:

Bake tater tots as directed on package. Cook meat; drain. Stir in taco seasoning. In serving dish, layer tater tots, meat, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, taco sauce, and sour cream.
