Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- large carrot - 1 item
- box Tater Tots - 1 item
How to make tater tot casserole:
Brown ground beef. Drain. Put it in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Slice onion into rings and sprinkle on top of meat. Slice carrot and put on top of onion. Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 can water. Spread mushroom soup over carrots. Line Tater Tots on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.When casserole is almost done, sprinkle cheese on top of Tater Tots. Continue baking until cheese melts.
