Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- frozen Tater Tots - 1 lb
How to make tater tot casserole:
Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper with salt and pepper. Drain. Place beef mixture in 1-quart casserole dish. Mix 1/2 can water with soup. Pour over beef mixture. Place Tater Tots on top and pat down. Sprinkle grated cheese over Tater Tots. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
