  • pkg - 1 oz
  • butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 2 tsp
  • chopped green pepper optional - 2 tsp
  • finely chopped dried beef - 1/2 c
  • jar Cheddar cold pack smoky cheese food - 1 oz

How to make tasty cheese ball:

Mix the cream cheese, Cheddar cold pack and butter together until blended. Add the chopped onion, green pepper (if desired), Worcestershire sauce and chopped dried beef. Mix well; refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Shape into one ball or two and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in Handi-Wrap, then foil. Chill. May be made several days ahead of serving. Good with crackers.
