Tartar sauce



  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • cup butter - 1/3 item
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 1 Tbsp

How to make tartar sauce:

Mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl. Heat in top of double boiler. Brown butter and fold into sauce just before serving.
