Tapioca pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- milk - 2 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- tapioca - 3 Tbsp
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- almond flavoring - 1/4 tsp
How to make tapioca pudding:
Beat egg whites until they form peaks. Add 1/2 of the sugar and beat. Mix milk, sugar, egg yolks and tapioca. Cook and stir until it comes to a full boil. Cool and add vanilla, almond and pineapple. Fold in egg whites. Serves 6.For Christmas, top with a red or green cherry or fold in 1/4 cup of chopped cherries.
