Ingredients/Components
- bananas, sliced - 3 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- cans mandarin oranges - 2 item
- Americana tapioca Jell-O brand pudding mix - 2 pkg
- some extra orange or pineapple juice, if needed - 1 item
How to make tapioca fruit pudding:
Dissolve pudding mix in 3 cups juice (drained and saved from fruit). Bring slowly to boil until clear. Refrigerate until cool. Add fruit. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Low sodium.
