Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- boneless pork chops - 4 item
- cranberry sauce or your favorite fruit jam - 1/2 c
How to make tangy fruit chops:
Brown chops in large nonstick skillet with 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil. Turn chops. Stir in 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Cover with lid. Simmer gently 5 minutes. Serve with cornbread. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
