Tangy barbecue chicken
Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 1 c
- sesame oil - 1/4 c
- to 6 green onions, finely chopped - 4 item
- 1-inch piece ginger root, peeled and minced - 1 item
- sugar - 1/2 c
- garlic cloves, finely chopped - 2 item
How to make tangy barbecue chicken:
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onions and ginger in a saucepan. Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar and stir to blend flavors. Cool and pour over chicken. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate for 4 hours. Bring chicken back to room temperature. Place on grill and grill each side for 10 minutes.
