Tangier island corn pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
How to make tangier island corn pudding:
Mix cornstarch and sugar together. Add 2 beaten eggs, melted butter, milk and can of corn. Blend well. Pour in ungreased casserole baking dish (350° for 45 minutes).Suggestion: Place casserole dish in a pan of water. Will keep sides of corn pudding from turning too brown.
