Tandoori chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- plain yogurt - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- ground cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- oregano extra large dash - 1 item
How to make tandoori chicken:
Skin chicken. Rinse chicken with water and dry with paper towels. Combine all ingredients (except chicken). Mix well. Add chicken and mix together until chicken is fully covered. Marinate at least 1 hour. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes on each side. Great on the grill!Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Curries.
