Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- chopped ripe olives - 2 oz
- ice water - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- taco seasoning mix - 2 Tbsp
- taco sauce - 2 Tbsp
- coarsely crushed tortilla chips, divided - 1 c
How to make taco tarts:
Filling:1 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. taco sauce2 oz. chopped ripe olives1 c. coarsely crushed tortilla chips, divided1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Shells: Combine ingredients; mix well. Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of tiny tart pans. Set aside.Combine sour cream, taco sauce, olives and 3/4 cup tortilla chips. Spoon filling into each shell, mounding slightly. Combine remaining chips and cheese; sprinkle over each tart. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Garnish with taco sauce.
