Ingredients/Components
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans tomatoes - 2 oz
- corn chips - 1 item
- can beef broth - 1 1/2
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- cans kidney beans - 2 oz
- cans cream of potato soup - 2 3/4
How to make taco soup:
Brown meat and onion; drain well. Add remaining ingredients, except chips and cheese. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Serve over crushed chips. Top with cheese. Serves 10 to 12 people.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ground beef.
