Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- 25 oz
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- 75 oz
- cans corn - 2 item
- 04 oz
How to make taco soup:
Brown beef and onion until clear. Add seasonings. Add chopped tomatoes, corn and beans. Add chilies.If you like it spicier, add a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes. Serve with taco chips and add grated cheese on top of soup as served. Cook at least all ingredients one hour. Make in large pan as it makes a lot. Better if made the day before.
