Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- corn syrup - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- tomato paste - 2 c
- cumin - 1 Tbsp
- canned tomatoes - 2 c
- hot pepper optional - 1/2 tsp
How to make taco sauce:
Combine all ingredients and simmer until thick, about 1 hour. Stir frequently so it does not stick to bottom of pan.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
