Taco salad
Ingredients/Components

- water - 3/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- head lettuce - 1 med
- dry onion soup mix - 1/2 env
- tomato, cut up - 1 lg
- small onion, sliced into rings - 1 item
- sliced olives green or black - 1/2 c
How to make taco salad:
Brown beef and drain grease. Sprinkle soup mix over meat. Stir in water. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Cool.Combine salad ingredients. Toss. Spoon meat on.
Top with corn chips and cheese.
Toss just before serving. Serve with favorite salad dressing or salsa. Serves 4-6.
