Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • shredded lettuce - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can corn, drained - 1 item
  • taco sauce - 1 item
  • can refried beans - 1 item
  • taco mix - 1 pkg
  • large tomato, cubed - 1 item
  • shredded taco cheese - 8 oz

How to make taco pie:

Mix Bisquick, milk and egg and spoon into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Brown ground beef. Drain and add 1 cup water and taco mix. Simmer 15 minutes. Spoon taco meat onto dough. Spoon on corn and then refried beans. Top with cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cut in 2-inch squares, garnish with tomato and lettuce and top with taco sauce and sour cream. Quick and easy meal.
