Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- hamburger - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies - 1 item
How to make taco dip:
Brown hamburger and onion. Put in taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water. Simmer 20 minutes. Add Ro-Tel. Put in Velveeta cheese. Put in small crock-pot to heat and serve.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Tex Mex.
