Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- diced tomato - 1 c
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- can refried beans - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar, finely grated - 1 lb
- bunch diced green onions 3 onions is a bunch; tops too - 1 item
How to make taco dip:
Mix together taco seasoning mix and sour cream. Layer all ingredients, beginning with refried beans, sour cream mixture, Cheddar cheese, tomato and onions. Pour into square dish and dip with tortilla chips. (Double recipe for a 9 x 13-inch dish.)Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Tex Mex.
