Taco-cheese animal crackers

- all purpose flour - 1 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- 6 oz
- Paprika, optional - 1 item
How to make taco-cheese animal crackers:
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add flour, shredded cheese and butter. Process until mixture forms a ball, stopping once to scrape down sides. Wrap dough in heavy-duty plastic wrap; chill 30 minutes. Unwrap dough and roll to 1/4 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. Cut with 2 1/2 inch animal-shaped cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on wire racks.
