  • milk - 1 c
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • ground beef
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • bag tortilla chips - 1 lb
  • grated Cheddar - 1 lb
  • can diced Ro-Tel - 1 item

How to make taco casserole:

Brown and drain ground beef and onion. In 9 x 13-inch pan, crush enough chips to make crust. In large bowl mix cream soups, milk, Ro-Tel and garlic powder. Pour evenly over chips and meat. Top with cheese. Bake in 350° oven. Pie is done when bubbling in center. serve with remaining chips and salad.
