  • Velveeta cheese - 1 pkg
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • hamburger meat
  • corn tortillas - 1 pkg
  • can Ro-Tel - 1 item

How to make taco casserole:

Brown hamburger meat and add Ro-Tel and cream of chicken soup. Stir all together. In casserole bowl, put 1 layer of hamburger mixtures, then a layer of corn tortillas, then a layer of Velveeta cheese. Keep making layers until all of meat mixture is used. Bake in oven at 350° until cheese is melted.
