Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 pt
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- ground beef
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- cans Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
- large bag Doritos, broken up - 1 item
How to make taco casserole:
Brown meat and onion; drain. Melt cheese; mix with sour cream. Add taco seasoning to meat mix. Add tomatoes. Mix well.In large baking dish, layer bottom with Doritos. Mix meat and cheeses together; layer in dish. Continue layers in order.
Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot through.
