Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- chopped onion - 1 item
- mayo - 1 c
- taco seasoning
- to 5 diced tomatoes - 4 item
- cans Frito-Lay bean dip or refried beans - 2 item
- ground beef and 1/2 pkg - 1 lb
- bags shredded Mexican cheese - 2 item
- large can sliced black olives - 1 item
How to make taco bean dip:
Brown ground beef with 1/2 package taco seasoning. Drain very well. Set aside.Mix sour cream, mayo and 1 1/2 packages taco seasoning; set aside. Spread bean dip (first layer). Spread cooked ground beef (next layer). Spread sour cream mixture (next layer). Layer tomatoes. Layer onions. Layer olives. Spread layer of cheese.
