  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • Bisquick original baking mix - 2 c
  • envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 1/4

How to make taco bake:

Heat oven to 350°. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry) and tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
