• allspice - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • onion, chopped very fine - 1/2 item
  • bunches parsley remove stalks - 2 item
  • bulgur cracked wheat grade 1 - 1 c
  • tomatoes, diced very fine - 2 item

How to make tabbouleh:

Chop parsley in food processor; put in salad bowl (chop fine). Chop onion and add to parsley. Add diced tomatoes. Wash bulgur; drain water and add to parsley. Add rest of ingredients; toss. Adjust salt to taste. Bulgur will soften after about 15 to 20 minutes.
