  • sour cream - 1/3 c
  • 8 oz
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • jar diced pimento, drained - 1 oz
  • can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
  • bag frozen vegetable combination broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained - 1 (16

How to make swiss vegetable medley:

Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole dish. Cover; bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions across top. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes, or until onions are golden brown.
