  • sour cream - 1/3 c
  • 8 oz
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • jar chopped pimento - 1 oz
  • bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination - 1 (16

How to make swiss vegetable medley:

Thaw and drain vegetables. Drain chopped pimento. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of French fried onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
