Ingredients/Components
- frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed - 16 oz
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- c - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- jar chopped pimento, drained - 1 oz
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can French fried onions - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into 1 to 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
