- sour cream - 1/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Swiss cheese - 4 oz
- to 20 oz - 1 (16
- small can Durkee onions - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
All vegetables to partially defrost at room temperature. Mix soup and sour cream; stir into vegetables. Mix 1/2 of onions and 1/2 of cheese into mixture. Microwave, covered, on High for 8 minutes.
