Ingredients/Components
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chopped canned tomatoes - 1/2 c
- can beef mushroom soup - 1 item
- round steak 3/4 inch thick
How to make swiss steak:
Pound steak. Cut in serving pieces and dip in flour. In a skillet, add a little oil and brown steak pieces. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until done. Stir often.Recipe categories: American, Main dish, North american.
