Ingredients/Components

• salt
• flour - 1/2 c
• water - 1 c
• pepper - 1/2 tsp
• catsup - 1/2 c
• medium onion - 1 item
• bell pepper - 1/2 item
• round steak, cut 1-inch thick

How to make swiss steak:

Mix catsup and water. Sprinkle meat with 1/4 cup flour, salt and pepper. Pound into meat and turn over. Add remainder of flour, salt and pepper. Pound this into meat. Brown on both sides of meat. Add other ingredients. Cover tightly and cook slowl
