Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- round steak, cut 1-inch thick
How to make swiss steak:
Mix catsup and water. Sprinkle meat with 1/4 cup flour, salt and pepper. Pound into meat and turn over. Add remainder of flour, salt and pepper. Pound this into meat. Brown on both sides of meat.
