- seasoned pepper - 1 item
- large onions, sliced - 2 item
- large can tomato sauce - 1 item

- large carrots, julienne sliced - 6 item
How to make swiss steak:
Sprinkle meat with pepper, meat tenderizer and then flour. Fry until lightly browned on medium-high heat. Place cooked meat in a large casserole dish. Layer onions, celery and carrots over meat. Then pour tomato sauce over all. Bake at 250° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes, cooked peas and hot rolls.This makes a nice dish for company.
