Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 C
- chopped onions - 1/4 C
- dash pepper - 1 item
- round steak, 3/4 inch thick
- canned chopped tomatoes - 1/4 C
How to make swiss steak:
Cut round steak into bite size pieces. In skillet brown steak in 2 Tbsp. of oil. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients, cover, simmer 1 1/2 hours. Stir often.Recipe categories: American, Main dish, North american.
