  • potatoes, boiled and peeled - 4 item
  • Topping:6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled into bits

How to make swiss potato soup:

Topping:6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled into bits1/2 c. grated cheese Mix potatoes and remaining ingredients. Simmer. Pour into serving bowls and top with bacon and cheese.
