Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- parsley - 1 tsp
- onion - 1/2 c
- chopped potatoes - 3 c
- celery - 1/2 c
- bacon or ham - 1 item
How to make swiss potato soup:
Put chopped veggies in broth and cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Dissolve flour in milk; add to hot veggies. Slowly boil. Shred cheese and slowly add to soup until melted. This is thick and rich. Great served with French bread.Recipe categories: Potato, Soups & stews, Chowders.
