Ingredients/Components
- potatoes - 2 lb
- Canola oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- bouillon broth - 1/3 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- bacon approximately fried crisp and crumbled - 1/2 lb
- hard boiled eggs cubed - 4 item
How to make swiss potato salad:
Boil potatoes, peel and slice thinly or cut into bite size pieces. In a large bowl combine pinch of salt and pepper, vinegar, onions, oil, bacon and eggs.This serves well hot or cold.
