  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • cracker crumbs - 1 item
  • onion - 1 Tbsp
  • grated Swiss cheese - 1/4 lb
  • green beans - 4 c

How to make swiss green beans:

Melt butter and add flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Add sour cream. Cook slowly until thick. Add green beans. Put Swiss cheese on top. Sprinkle top with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
