Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cashews - 3/4 oz
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- grated Swiss cheese - 3/4 lb
How to make swiss green beans:
Saute onions in butter. Stir in flour. Add milk and seasonings and cook until bubbly. Stir in Swiss cheese.Cook green beans. Put in a casserole and pour the sauce on top. Stir and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cashews.
