Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cream - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- thin Swiss cheese slices - 4 item
- thin sausage patties or bacon slices - 4 item
How to make swiss eggs:
Slightly cook sausage or bacon; put in bottom of pan. Add butter and cheese slices. Break eggs over cheese. Add salt and pepper. Pour cream over eggs. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Bake at 350° until eggs are set.These ingredients placed on a large baking sheet surrounded with small biscuits make a delightful breakfast or lunch.
