  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • mustard - 12 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • lettuce - 1 item
  • hard-cooked eggs, diced - 6 item
  • horseradish - 1 Tbsp
  • powdered cumin - 1 Tbsp
  • Swiss cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb

How to make swiss cheese salad:

In a bowl, toss cheese and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish and cumin. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over cheese-egg mixture and toss. Serve on crisp salad greens. Serves 6.
